Margaret Kellas has a BSc in modern languages and a post graduate certificate in education, and is an experienced trainer, facilitator and mentor. Following on from an early career in secondary and further education, she shifted to human resource development with Sheffield City Council, her remit encompassing training needs analysis, training, and setting up of performance management systems and management development schemes.
She has since worked as an independent consultant in human resource development and management, with particular emphasis on designing, resourcing and delivering training and development programmes for employees at all levels within organisations.
In recent years she has become increasingly engaged in facilitation of meetings and workshops and in the setting up and delivery of mentoring schemes within and between organisations. Margaret is a member of the Institute of Personnel and Development.
